Avoid alcohol.
Eat a light meal.
Following any massage treatment:
Drink plenty of water after the treatment. Massage eliminates toxins from the body’s tissues and water helps to flush the toxins out that just have been released from these tissues.
Avoid alcohol.
Avoid all stimulants including non-prescribed drugs, caffeine (tea, coffee, chocolate etc.) for at least 12 hours after the treatment.
Allow your body to rest – avoid vigorous exercise.
